CHARLOTTE — Early voting begins in North Carolina on Thursday, Oct. 15, and Mecklenburg County voters will be able to do so at Bank of America Stadium.

No matter your designated polling place in Mecklenburg County, you may vote early at Bank of America Stadium. Early voting will run even day from Oct. 15 to Oct. 31, including Panthers game days, at one of the 15 booths within the venue. Bank of America Stadium is a one-stop voting site, so you can register and cast your ballot on any one of the early voting days.

Social distancing measures will be in effect to keep everyone safe as they participate in the voting process.

In August, the Panthers launched "Your Vote Counts," a nonpartisan initiative to educate, register, and mobilize voters within the Carolinas. You can check out more information on voting and the initiative here.

Thursday, Oct. 15 – Saturday, Oct. 31, 2020
Please note: Bank of America Stadium WILL NOT serve as a voting location on Election Day Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2020

How many voting machines will the Mecklenburg County Board of Elections utilize at the stadium?

Parking:
Free parking will be provided in the Duke Energy parking deck (410 S. Mint Street) on all non-Panther game days. Voters may enter the deck from either the Mint St. or Graham St. entrances.

Free parking will also be available in the Legacy Union Lot (720 S. Church St.) on Saturday, Oct. 31.

Voters will receive a voucher upon voter check-in in order to exit the parking deck.

Parking on Panthers game days (Sunday, Oct. 18 and Thursday, Oct. 29) will only be available at the Legacy Union parking deck (720 S. Church St.).

Where do I enter the stadium?
After exiting the Duke Energy parking deck, voters should proceed to the Mint Street/Graham Street crosswalk to enter stadium grounds. Voters will then be directed to enter the Luxe Lobby entrance located at the stadium's North Gate entrance (Graham St. side). The entrance will be clearly marked.

Curbside Voting
Limited curbside voting is available for the elderly and persons with disabilities. Curbside voting is located in a designated lane on the Graham St. side of the stadium.

Will voters be required to go through security screenings to enter the stadium voting precinct?
On non-Panthers game days, voters will not be required to go through security screenings. On Panthers game days, voters will be required to go through the NFL security screening process to enter stadium grounds.

Am I eligible to vote at Bank of America Stadium?
Bank of America Stadium is open to all voters who are registered to vote in Mecklenburg County or to residents that plan to register to cast their ballot in Mecklenburg County.

Can I vote at Bank of America Stadium if I am not registered to vote?
Yes. The Mecklenburg County Board of Elections will be able to register unregistered voters on-site prior to casting their ballot.

Unregistered voters must bring proof of Mecklenburg County residency and ID to register and vote on the same day.

Do I have to wear a mask?
Bank of America Stadium will practice safe social distancing guidelines for voters. All voters are required to wear masks. Masks will be provided to those who do not have one.

Are voters able to use their phones once they begin voting?
Yes. Voters may use their cellphones for voter reference information, but not for phone calls.

Are food and drinks allowed in the stadium voting precinct?
No food or drink will be allowed inside the voting location.

Are there any restrictions on political campaigning on stadium grounds?
Campaigning is not permitted on Bank of America Stadium grounds.
