It's been 15 years since Carolina's magical run to Super Bowl XXXVIII, and Panthers TV has produced a can't-miss reunion special.

Members of that 2003 squad, including Kevin Donnalley, Mike Rucker, Muhsin Muhammad, Ricky Proehl and Al Wallace, got together to reminisce about that unforgettable season from start to finish.

The episode concludes with a conversation about the origins of the "Keep Pounding" mantra – with some insight from Proehl on Sam Mills that has never been shared before.
