David Dickerson joined Tepper Sports & Entertainment in July 2024 as Chief Financial Officer, where he leads all finance and accounting operations across the organization—including the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, and Bank of America Stadium. He is focused on building a high-performing corporate finance team, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving financial performance with a sharp eye on value creation and cost-effectiveness.

With over 20 years of experience spanning global manufacturing, public utilities, and technology services, Dickerson brings a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic insight, and leadership. He has deep knowledge in US GAAP, SEC reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and the design and implementation of financial policies and processes. Prior to joining TSE, he served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at Diversey Inc., where he led a global accounting transformation, integrated a major acquisition, and played a key role in the company's IPO in March 2021.

Dickerson holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and is a Certified Public Accountant.

He lives in Fort Mill, SC with his wife Melissa, son Ryan, and stepdaughter Jada. His older son Alex resides in Austin, TX, and his stepson Jared is currently attending UNC Chapel Hill.
