PSL Owners and Silver Club Seat Owners are automatically opted in for playoff tickets during season ticket renewal.

  • Unless you opted-out during renewal, your PSL locations and any applicable parking passes will be reserved on the Pay-As-We-Play plan for any potential home playoff games at Bank of America Stadium.
  • Your Pay-As-We-Play plan will only be charged if a home game is confirmed, on a round-by-round basis. If we don't host, nothing will be charged.
  • Your registered credit or debit card on your Panthers Account Manager will be assigned to your Pay-As-We-Play plan.

How to Review and Update your Credit Card:

Please take a moment to review or update your credit card information:

  1. Log into your Panthers Account Manager on a web browser.
  2. Select Invoices then 2025/26 Playoff Invoice
  3. If the assigned card is correct, no further action is needed. To update or add a new card, select Edit Payment Method. You may be prompted to verify your card with a one-time code.
  4. Select Save to update your Pay-As-We-Play plan.

A $1 test charge will be processed in advance of securing a home playoff game to validate your registered credit card. This $1 charge will automatically be refunded. We will notify you if your card does not successfully process.

How do I reserve my season tickets for the Playoffs?

Playoff tickets are automatically included in your season ticket renewal. Unless you opted-out during renewal, your season ticket locations and any applicable parking passes will be reserved on the Pay-As-We-Play plan for any potential home playoff games at Bank of America Stadium. You will only be charged if a home game is confirmed, on a round-by-round basis. If we don't host, nothing will be charged. The most recently used credit card on your Panthers Account Manager will be assigned to your Pay-As-We-Play plan.

How does the Pay-As-We-Play plan work?

The Pay-As-We-Play plan commits you to purchasing your seats for up to three potential home playoff games. You will not be charged until a game is confirmed.  Once a home game is confirmed, you can expect your payment to be automatically processed within 24 hours. Please do not process the payment yourself to avoid any potential of a double charge. If we do not host a home game, your card will not be charged. 

By signing-up for the "Pay-As-We-Play" plan, you agree and commit to purchase tickets for up to three potential home playoff games. Such agreement and commitment to purchase is non-cancellable and irrevocable once you sign-up.

What is the cost for my Playoff tickets?

Please review your 2025 Playoff Invoice in your Panthers Account Manager for your specific pricing details. Pricing will be broken out on a round-by-round basis. However, when you view your Pay-As-We-Play plan, you will see the total amount for all three potential home games. You will only be charged for confirmed home games at Bank of America Stadium.

How do I change my credit card on the Pay-As-We-Play plan?

Can I pay in full for my playoff tickets in advance?

If you're on the Pay-As-We-Play plan, prepayment is not necessary. However, if you'd like to apply a payment, we can accept it and apply it towards your 2026 season ticket invoice if we do not host a home playoff game.
