Coming to a game at Bank of America Stadium? You've come to the right spot.

We have all the info you need to know prior to your gameday experience with the Panthers.

Scroll below for information on tickets, timing, what you can bring in to the stadium, parking, concessions, stadium policies, special promotions and contact information for any additional questions.

Mobile Tickets

Mobile Tickets

All entry into the stadium are through mobile tickets on the Panthers app or through the Ticketmaster app/web site. Simply navigate to the Tickets menu > My Tickets in the Panthers app to login and manage your tickets.

With a new login process from Ticketmaster in the past few years, we encourage fans to click through the verification process and add tickets to the user's mobile wallet well in advance of Game Day. This will save time at the gate to get in more quickly.

Entering the Stadium

Entering the Stadium

Once again in 2023, there will be security checks further from the ticket entry gates. Fans, both those with tickets and without, will go through security lines on the road in front of each main gate. The clear bag policy will be enforced at the security gates before fans enter queue lanes at the traditional ticket gates.

Once you enter the queue lanes, be sure to be ready with your mobile ticket for fast entry.

All three gates are open to fans, regardless of your seat location.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited Items

In addition to the Clear Bag Policy, the following items will not be allowed in the stadium:

  • All non-transparent bags or items, including backpacks, binocular/camera cases, cinch bags, computer bags, diaper bags, fanny packs, purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5", etc.
  • Explosives and fireworks
  • Outside food and beverages, except two (2) sealed, plastic non-flavored water bottles per person
  • Selfie sticks
  • Strollers
  • Umbrellas
  • Video equipment
  • Weapons of any kind and size, including guns, knives, scissors and those carried with a permit

Dr. Hand's service and unwavering commitment have earned her numerous accolades, including the prestigious Harry Denman Award in 2021, the highest distinguished service honor in the United Methodist Church, and recognized with the esteemed 2023 Trail Blazer Award from the National Negro League of Women. She currently serves as the Vitality Strategist for 80+ churches in the Metro District of the United Methodist Church, an Organizational Change Consultant and is a highly sought-after keynote speaker nationally and internationally. Dr. Hand' believes her greatest blessing is her relationship with God, her family, her husband, Walter "Chip" Hand Jr., and their remarkable young adults, Ashlee and Walter III.

Anthem - Jennifer Siebenaler

Originally from Pekin, IL, Jennifer moved to Charlotte to pursue her music career as an entertainer and performer at various dueling piano and event venues across the Southeast. Currently she is the Director of Contemporary Worship Music at Harrison United Methodist Church, Booking and Sales Manager for Key Signature Entertainment and is writing, arranging and recording her first album. She has performed with some of the top recording artists, such as Josh Groban, Blake Shelton and Richie McDonald from the band Lonestar.  Jennifer has been voted Charlotte's Favorite Female Vocalist by Charlotte's Elevate Lifestyle Magazine multiple times over the last 13 years. She has be seen singing our National Anthem for the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte Hornets, Charlotte Checkers, Charlotte Knights, at various events at Charlotte Motor Speedway, and now, the Charlotte Football Club. Jennifer and her husband Kirk live here in Charlotte with their dogs Kadence and Pepper and can be seen tailgating before every home Charlotte FC match and Carolina Panthers game.

Flyover - The 145th Airlift Wing

The 145th Airlift Wing (145 AW) was established on March 15th 1948 adn resides at the Charlotte ANGB at Charlotte/Douglas International Airport as well as the Airport in Stanly County North Carolina. In 2018 the unit celebrated its 70th anniversary and   transitioned from the C-130 Hercules to operating the C-17 Globemaster III aircraft, taking on a larger global airlift mission. The C-17 is the newest, most flexible cargo aircraft in the airlift force and can perform tactical airlift and airdrop missions.

Ceremonial guardsmen are a picture-perfect example of individuals who are highly motivated, maintain exceptionally high standards of conduct, both on and off-duty, and exude enormous amounts of pride in all they do. As ceremonial guardsmen, our actions bring credit to the United States Air Force and the Ceremonial Guardsmen profession. The North Carolina Air National Guard Base Honor Guard Program Dates back to the early 90's and has revolutionized since. The Team is comprised of over 18 Ceremonial Guardsman from the ranks of Airman First Class to Chief Master Seargent and they remain ready to perform Military Funeral Honors and Colors Details at moment's notice

Keep Pounding Drummer - Brooks Mauk

Brooks Mauk, 18, is a senior at Weddington High School. Brooks is the youngest son of J.J. and Johni Mauk of Weddington, N.C.

Brooks recently helped lead his team at Weddington High School to win the 2023 North Carolina High School Athletic Association 4A State Championship. Brooks was also named the Charlotte Touchdown Club's 2023 Thomas Davis High School Comeback Player of the Year and was a Queen City Senior Bowl selection. He will represent his team at the Blue-Grey All-American Bowl in Tampa, Fla., in January 2024. Brooks was also named a Friday Night Lights Football Award finalist for Receiver of the Year by the South Carolina Sports Report and is a High School Football of America Academic All-American.   

Brooks will graduate in May 2024 and has received multiple offers to play football at the collegiate level. In college, he plans to major in construction science.

Make sure to input your phone number so the application will text you when your order is ready and then you can skip the lines with preferred order pickup windows at the designated concession stand.

If you don't receive a text within 8-10 minutes of ordering, feel free to go to the stand and inquire about your order.
