Inactives: Panthers at Browns

CLEVELAND -- Head coach Ron Rivera was pleased with the defensive line combination last week against Tampa Bay and he's rolling with the same group for today's game against the Browns.

That means former first-round defensive tackle Vernon Butler is inactive for the second straight week and the Panthers will use defensive end Wes Horton inside from time to time. It also means defensive end Efe Obada is active again in favor of rookie Marquis Haynes. Rivera was very complimentary of Obada, who notched one of Carolina's four sacks versus the Buccaneers.
