CHARLOTTE -- The hits just keep coming to Carolina's offensive line.

Jeremiah Sirles, starting at right tackle in lieu of injuries to Matt Kalil and Daryl Williams, went down with a hamstring injury during the opening series against New England on Friday night.

Sirles limped off and was examined by the medical staff before taking a cart to the locker room. Blaine Clausell stepped in at right tackle in place of Sirles.

Taylor Moton, a second-round pick in 2017, made his first NFL start at left tackle versus the Patriots.
