We have all the info you need to know prior to your gameday experience with the Panthers.

Ticket Office Opens: 9:00 a.m.
Team Store Open: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. / 11:00 a.m. - 30 mins. postgame

Mobile Tickets
All entry into the stadium are through mobile tickets on the Panthers app or through the Ticketmaster app/web site. Simply navigate to the Tickets menu > My Tickets in the Panthers app to login and manage your tickets.
With a new login process from Ticketmaster in the past few years, we encourage fans to click through the verification process and add tickets to the user's mobile wallet well in advance of Game Day. This will save time at the gate to get in more quickly.
Entering the Stadium
Once again in 2025, there will be security checks further from the ticket entry gates. Fans, both those with tickets and without, will go through security lines on the road in front of each main gate. The clear bag policy will be enforced at the security gates before fans enter queue lanes at the traditional ticket gates.
Once you enter the queue lanes, be sure to be ready with your mobile ticket for fast entry.
All three gates are open to fans, regardless of your seat location.
Prohibited Items
In addition to the Clear Bag Policy, the following items will not be allowed in the stadium:
- All non-transparent bags or items, including backpacks, binocular/camera cases, cinch bags, computer bags, diaper bags, fanny packs, purses larger than 4.5" x 6.5", etc.
- Explosives and fireworks
- Outside food and beverages, except two (2) sealed, plastic non-flavored water bottles per person
- Selfie sticks
- Strollers
- Umbrellas
- Video equipment
- Weapons of any kind and size, including guns, knives, scissors and those carried with a permit

Invocation - Tierra Burns
Tierra Burns is an ordained minister at Greater Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Charlotte, NC. She owns a private practice providing faith-based and performance-based mental health services as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is a US ARMY veteran.
ASL – Carol Bailey
Carol Bailey was born and raised in Massachusetts and comes from a deaf family. She is the second oldest of six siblings. With over 30 years of experience working at four different schools for the deaf, Carol retired from the North Carolina School for the Deaf in 2022. She currently continues her service to the community as a substitute teacher at the same school. Carol is deeply passionate about supporting deaf children, as well as children with special needs and autism. She has been a resident of Morganton, North Carolina, for the past ten years.
National Anthem - Douglas Willett
Douglas Willett is a recording artist from Greensboro, North Carolina. He has performed the National Anthem for the NHL, NBA, MLS, NCAA Men's & Women's Championship games, USA Gymnastics, Monster Jam & now the NFL.
Color Guard - Eastern Randolph High School Army JROTC
Today's colors are proudly being presented the Eastern Randolph High School Army JROTC.
The Eastern Randolph High School Army JROTC Color guard cadets are composed of some of the best students that attend Eastern Randolph High School in Ramseur, North Carolina. The Color guard presents the colors at school, community, and athletic events throughout the year. These cadets work intensely to learn the leadership, teamwork, and professionalism needed to perform these duties at a very high skill level.

Fans are invited to skip the line at concession stands and order ahead from the Panthers app. Click below to open the ordering form, find your preferred concession stand and enter your order and payment information.
Make sure to input your phone number so the application will text you when your order is ready and then you can skip the lines with preferred order pickup windows at the designated concession stand.
If you don't receive a text within 8-10 minutes of ordering, feel free to go to the stand and inquire about your order.
