Rabbi Asher Knight is the Senior Rabbi of Temple Beth El in Charlotte, the largest synagogue in the Carolinas. A Denver native, he received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denver and rabbinical ordination from the Hebrew Union College–Jewish Institute of Religion.

Rabbi Knight is known for his leadership in the Reform Movement and the Central Conference of American Rabbis. He serves on the board of MeckMIN, which fosters interfaith collaboration across the Charlotte region.

He is honored to serve a diverse, multi-generational community rooted in sacred responsibility and daring hope—committed to cultivating meaningful, connected Jewish life that inspires change in the world.

Adam Lee Decker is a versatile vocalist and performer based in Durham, NC, known for his powerful voice and engaging stage presence. His career began with a Top 20 finish on America's Got Talent and continued with a Top 40 run on American Idol. Decker has fronted acclaimed bands including Spaceship Days—a Grammy-considered act—and Transit, earning Outstanding Soloist honors at Carnegie Hall in 2017. Now he is in his eighth year as the Carolina Hurricanes' resident National Anthem singer.

Katie Linker is currently an American Sign Language professor at Central Piedmont Community College (CPCC). In 2021, she made history by becoming the first high school ASL teacher in Mecklenburg County. A native of nearby Concord, she is a passionate advocate for the Deaf community and the advancement of ASL education.

Pastor Kelvis Reid, 65, is the longtime faith leader of Partakers of Christ Church in Gastonia, North Carolina. In December 2023, he collapsed on Christmas Eve after suffering multiple cardiac arrests. He was diagnosed with AL amyloidosis, a rare and often fatal disease that had severely damaged both his heart and kidneys. After 62 days on life support, Pastor Reid underwent a rare heart and kidney double transplant at Atrium Health Sanger Heart & Vascular Institute in collaboration with Atrium Health Levine Cancer.  

Today, Pastor Reid is thriving, his disease is in remission, he has returned to the pulpit, and earlier this year he completed the Cupid's Cup 5K in Charlotte. Known for his unwavering faith and resilience, Pastor Reid's journey has been described by doctors as a true medical miracle and stands as a powerful example of hope, healing, and the lifesaving impact of advanced, integrated care.

York Comprehensive HS NJROTC is considered the Premiere Color Guard in the Carolinas, having Presented the Colors to more than 1 million in-stadium fans and spectators over the past 3 years. Some of their performances include multiple events each for the Carolina Panthers, Charlotte FC, Charlotte Checkers, Charlotte Hornets, Charlotte Knights, Duke's Mayo Bowls and a multitude of other venues.
