Beyond the numbers: The Panthers dropped just one spot following Sunday's loss to the Seahawks. According to ESPN's David Newton, the Panthers will undergo a "cultural metamorphosis" this offseason, with owner David Tepper "tearing down the old system" and replacing a head coach, the management structure, and possibly a quarterback.
