Week 16 Thursday Injury Report: Stephon Gilmore a full participant

CHARLOTTE — Cornerback Stephon Gilmore wasn't even aware he was on the injury report Wednesday, and showed no signs of any issue Thursday.

The veteran corner (knee) was a full participant in Thursday's report. They try to keep an eye on his reps, but he played 68 of 70 snaps last week in Buffalo, showing he's in good shape.

The Panthers were again without wide receiver DJ Moore , who didn't practice because of a hamstring issue. It's his second straight day off, and Panthers head coach Matt Rhule said earlier this week he'd likely be a game-time decision.

Rookie defensive tackle Phil Hoskins (back) was added to the report Thursday, as a limited participant. He caught a ride inside on a cart during the portion of practice open to the media.

That leaves the Panthers thin at the position, since defensive tackle Derrick Brown is among the players on the reserve/COVID-19 list, leaving just DaQuan Jones and Bravvion Roy on the active roster at the position.

The only other player listed was veteran left tackle Cameron Erving. He was again limited with a calf injury. Rhule said Wednesday that rookie Brady Christensen was taking the snaps with the first team in his place this week.
