Carolina Panthers Charites and Carolina Panthers Legends Affairs are excited to offer a new grant opportunity to support Panthers Legends who are involved in coaching high school football. The new Carolina Panthers Legends High School Coaching Grant is designed to provide financial resources for high school football programs coached by Panthers Legends.

Eligibility:

Any high school in which a Carolina Panthers Legend has an active coaching participation (ex: head coach, assistant coach, volunteer coach) within the program is eligible for consideration. Applications must be completed and submitted by a Carolina Panthers Legend in order to be considered. Any Carolina Panthers Legend who applies for grant funding must demonstrate a current and active presence within the high school football program for which they are submitting an application.

Application Process:

Legends are asked to follow the format as laid out in the application, including all specified information. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Deadline:

• Grant applications must be submitted by Monday, July 22, 2024, by 5:00 pm EST.

Grant Disbursement Breakdown:

• Four (4) $5,000 grants will be awarded.
• Those awarded grants will have autonomy to designate how funds are utilized to best support their program.

Criteria for selection:

• Carolina Panthers Legend's involvement within the football program.
• Current state and demonstrated financial need of the football program.
• Specific plan for how grant funding will be utilized.
