CHARLOTTE — The Panthers made a series of roster moves at wide receiver on Tuesday.
The club waived-injured Moose Muhammad III, and signed receiver T.J. Luther.
Muhammad, the son of former Panthers Hall of Honor receiver Muhsin Muhammad, was an undrafted free agent in this year's rookie class, out of Texas A&M. He participated in rookie minicamp with the Panthers, as well as a week of voluntary workouts.
Luther was a UDFA in 2023, first signing with the New York Jets. He first joined the Panthers last year as a member of the practice squad last year. He was initially waived at the beginning of the month.
The Panthers continue with voluntary workouts, and will begin OTAs (organized team activities) next week.
