Left tackle Ikem Ekwonu participated on a limited basis Friday, and is doubtful for the opener at Jacksonville on Sunday. 

The massive Panthers guard has taken to walking the Earth during pregame, and on his days off. It's not as much about science as it is clearing his head, and remembering the steps in his journey.
