Panthers agree to terms with Kalon Barnes

CHARLOTTE - The Panthers agreed to terms with seventh-round cornerback Kalon Barnes on Friday.

Barnes ran a 4.23 at this year's Combine, the fastest by any defender since 2003. He had 24 tackles and an interception this past season at Baylor.

The Panthers on Wednesday signed pass-rusher Amaré Barno, the first draft pick of the NFL's 2022 class to sign with a team.
