Panthers release depth chart ahead of Week 9 for the 2025 season

DepthChart

CHARLOTTE — The Panthers have released their depth chart ahead of the Week 9 matchup against the Green Bay Packers. There were a couple of changes on defense. That was all for now, although more could come later in the week.

After putting outside linebacker Patrick Jones II on Injured Reserve two weeks ago, the Panthers added some depth with edge-rusher Trevis Gipson earlier on Tuesday. He will slot in on the depth chart behind Thomas Incoom.

In a corresponding roster move, the team released defensive tackle Jaden Crumedy.

Last week's other depth chart changes at the OLB position, such as moving rookie Princely Umanmielen behind D.J. Wonnum, remain the same.

Offensive lineman Brady Christensen suffered what Dave Canales called "significant" Achilles injury on Sunday. For now, he remains on the roster and the chart at right guard. Depth charts, like constitutions, are living, breathing documents.

Take a look at some of Sunday's best shots from the Panthers Week 8 game against the Bills.
