CHARLOTTE — The Panthers are again without defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton, who will miss his third straight game with a hamstring injury.

Wharton was ruled out on Friday.

They'll again start Bobby Brown III in his place. Brown has been more of a presence the last two weeks, with eight tackles, half a sack, and a quarterback hit against the Saints and the Buccaneers.

The other four inactives Sunday are Hunter Renfrow, Demani Richardson, Jared Harrison-Hunteand James Mitchell.

The Panthers also placed linebacker Trevin Wallace on injured reserve Saturday, and replaced him with hybrid linebacker/safety Isaiah Simmons.

Rookie wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan is active, despite being a late addition to the injury report. He was questionable because of an illness that popped up Sunday.
