CHARLOTTE — The Panthers got a couple of players back on the field Wednesday.
Tight end Ja'Tavion Sanders (ankle), who has missed the last two weeks, was back on the field in a limited capacity, and nickel Chau Smith-Wade (chest) was a full participant after missing last week's game.
Four players were held out of Wednesday's practice, including running back Chuba Hubbard (calf), right tackle Taylor Moton (elbow), defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton (toe), and cornerback Akayleb Evans (hamstring).
Hubbard and Wharton missed last week's game.
Cornerback Mike Jackson (ribs) and wide receiver Jalen Coker (quadriceps) were listed as full participants. Coker was designated to return from IR today, and they can activate him at any time in the next 21 days.
