CHARLOTTE — Veteran defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton was a full participant in Tuesday's practice, as the Panthers prepare for Saturday's wild card game against the Rams.
Wharton missed the last four games of the regular season with that injury but was questionable last week after taking part in practice.
Defensive tackle Bobby Brown III and cornerback Robert Rochell remain in the concussion protocol and were listed as limited for the walk-through. They would have to be cleared by an independent neurologist to return.
Linebacker Claudin Cherelus (calf/ankle) and guard Robert Hunt (biceps) were listed as full participants in practice. Chandler Zavala (calf), whose practice window was opened on Tuesday, was listed as a full participant.
