Inactives: With no injuries, Panthers had choices to make for playoffs

CHARLOTTE — The Panthers are healthier than they've been in weeks, which means they had choices to make on the inactives for Saturday's wild card game against the Rams.

After activating guard Robert Hunt, no one on the 53-man roster had an injury designation for the game.

The five inactives for the week are linebacker Krys Barnes, center Nick Samac, defensive tackle Jared Harrison-Hunte, wide receiver David Moore, and defensive end LaBryan Ray.

Since missing the first four games on injured reserve, Ray had played in the remaining 13 regular season games. But with Tershawn Wharton back and healthy after missing the last four games, they opted for rookie Cam Jackson as the fifth lineman in the rotation.

The last time they played the Rams in Week 13, they were without four key pieces on defense.

Pro Bowl cornerback Jaycee Horn was out with a concussion, safety Tre'von Moehrig was suspended, and they were also without linebackers Christian Rozeboom and Claudin Cherelus.

But today, they're at full strength, for the first home playoff game in 10 years at Bank of America Stadium.
