CHARLOTTE — The Panthers returned to the practice field Wednesday and were only missing two players.

Veteran outside linebacker Patrick Jones II was held out of practice with a hamstring issue, along with defensive lineman Tershawn Wharton (hamstring).

Wharton missed last week's game, and head coach Dave Canales initially suggested Wharton might miss two to four weeks. He did come to the field with his helmet on Wednesday.

Wide receiver Xavier Legette (hamstring) was listed as a limited participant.

Wide receiver Brycen Tremayne (quad) was also listed as a full participant.

Carolina is 21-35 all-time against Atlanta dating all the way back to 1995.
