CHARLOTTE — The Panthers were without four starters in practice Wednesday, though not all of them were injury-related.
Left tackle Ikem Ekwonu (knee), left guard Damien Lewis (illness), defensive tackle Tershawn Wharton (hamstring), and wide receiver Tetairoa McMillan (foot/ankle) were held out of Wednesday's practice.
Cornerback Jaycee Horn (rest) was limited though it was not because of injury.
Right tackle Taylor Moton (back) was limited, and linebacker Trevin Wallace (shoulder) was a full participant.
The Panthers did get veteran wide receiver David Moore (elbow) back on the practice field, and he was a full participant. His 21-day window to practice was opened on Wednesday.
